We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from Bead Harbor. Your satisfaction is important to us and because of this we try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell.
We only accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.
Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
All merchandise must be in its original, unaltered condition. Strung beads must still be intact.
We do not accept returns for items that come pre-packaged and have been opened.
We do not offer exchanges or hold merchandise in anticipation of a return.
Return postage is non-refundable.
We do not allow returns for kits, magazines, books and digital products.
Customers with excessive returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Processing Instructions:
Include in the package your name and order invoice number.
Once you have contacted us and received approval for you return, ship your return in a safe, secure package, just as you received it from us. Refunds and store credits will not be issued if an item arrives to us damaged. We recommend shipping your package through a USPS, FedEx or UPS location where they can issue you a tracking number. Bead Harbor is not responsible for lost or damaged packages returned to us.
